Your new adventure

Own end-to-end technical delivery across projects, enhancements, and change requests, covering the full software lifecycle (feasibility, design, development, testing) and ensuring high-quality outcomes

Translate HR business requirements into functional solutions, working closely with Business Analysts, IS Coordinators, PMO, and Solution Architecture

Drive solution architecture alignment and strategy, contributing to a harmonized and scalable application landscape

Lead and govern external development partners, including coordination, delivery oversight, and acting as a technical quality gate

Ensure testing excellence, defining test scenarios with PMO and executing functional testing to validate business requirements

Steer data transformation and integration topics, collaborating with Data Engineering & Architecture to align on approach and execution

Ensure compliance and operational excellence, including adherence to IT governance (e.g., SOX, ITSM), contribution to best practices, and support for assigned applications

Your experiences and skills
Completed HTL Matura
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience
Technical knowledge in SAP HCM system
Understanding and experience in human resources processes a strong asset
Very good knowledge of English
A good knowledge of German would be an asset
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting We offer

The minimum salary for this position is 60,962,32 EUR gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
