We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Austria (German Speaker)
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for driving growth and building strategic partnerships? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to support business expansion in Austria.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive focused on the Austrian market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term strategic partnerships across Austria.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Execute go-to-market strategies and expand market presence in Austria
• Deliver presentations and communicate compelling value propositions
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation with at least 3-5 years of proven experience
• Strong B2B enterprise sales, Account Management, and Business Strategy experience
• Proven ability to build trust and foster long-term customer relationships
• Experience within SaaS, technology, or enterprise environments is a strong advantage
• Strong network within Austria’s business ecosystem is preferred
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Based in Austria or eligible to work in Austria
• Available to join immediately or within short notice
