IN INTERNAL SALES (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

You will be responsible for managing orders for security labels and variable data printing from order receipt to delivery:

Creating and managing production documents in the company’s own ERP system with the support of the security printing/IT team
Creating material and tool orders
Monitoring order and delivery deadlines in collaboration with production planning
Organizing transports and creating shipping documents
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Completed technical college, university of applied sciences or comparable training
Several years of training in graphics or packaging would be an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be a great advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Structured and organized way of working, able to work under pressure
Enjoy communicating and working in a team
Solid appearance and good manners

The classification of the position is an annual salary from € 35,000.00 gross/year.
Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment in line with the market is offered.
