Cybersecurity Analyst (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
Monitor security alerts and vulnerabilities with the SOC and respond to incidents (malware, phishing, unauthorized access)
Perform forensic analysis, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation with IT teams
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, prioritize risks, and support patching with global IT teams
Maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation and manage security tools (e.g., exposure and vulnerability management)
Support compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2)
Conduct risk assessments, recommend improvements, and maintain security performance ratings
Prepare security reports on threats, trends, and risk status for stakeholders
Promote security best practices, deliver awareness training, and support audits and compliance reviews
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GIAC) are a plus
Experience with SIEM and vulnerability scanning tools, as well as knowledge of system and network security, encryption, and secure coding
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain security topics to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to security incidents
Good communication skills in English; German and/or French are a plus
