The interviewers were friendly and supportive, keeping the conversation focused directly on the job description and my resume experience. They took the time to explain their workflow, the specific responsibilities I would have, and their current tech stack. I found the questions to be excellent and progressively challenging; they started with easier topics and moved into more advanced territory, which made me genuinely excited about the scope of their work. Although I struggled a bit with the later, more difficult questions, which is fair and meant I didn't hit the highest possible salary range, the feedback I received was constructive and professional. The team was very transparent in explaining the offer details, and I appreciated their honesty. Ultimately, I accepted an offer from another company that included an international travel opportunity, but I remain very open to joining Accenture in the future.
