Operations Manager Johnathan Peavy, who leads our Miami—Fort Lauderdale office, recently sat down with Eric Anderton of Construction Genius to share his story and discuss how he learned to build teams, not just structures. "There’s a lot of noise out there. This interview cuts through it," Eric said. "You’ll hear a construction leader who doesn’t posture, doesn’t pontificate, and isn’t trying to impress anyone. He’s focused on execution, trust, and building something that lasts beyond him — which is exactly what every good construction leader should be doing."
