Something's cooking at our Carilion Taubman Cancer Center project – quite literally! Carilion Clinic recently opened the Hard Hat Café, a thoughtful, inviting space serving up a hot breakfast and a tasty lunch for our field team members in Roanoke, Virginia. There are lots of affordable options and a rotating menu, so our team can refuel each day as they build a state-of-the-art healthcare facility for our community. Thank you to Carilion for helping us bring this idea to life! #BuildingWithPurpose

This summer, our co-ops and interns tackled everything from mastering total stations to commanding site-wide meetings. They hustled hard and played harder, forging friendships beyond the jobsite. As the term comes to a close, we invited managers to dish out some superlatives for our co-ops and interns, celebrating their newfound skills. Here are a few: 🧩 “Most likely to complete a Rubik’s Cube” 🤝 “Most likely to know the client better than they know themselves” 🎨 “Most likely to be covered in spray paint” Check out the rest and take a look back at our summer yearbook — Class of 2025: The Summer Edit: bit.ly/4fkl6o7
