Pros

Work from home was great and the pay was okay

They let go of the majority of USA work at home just before Christmas and are now outsourcing 99% of the work to the Philippines.

Thank you for your comments around the CSR role. As Uber grows and adds more products, our customer support model becomes more complex. We actually opened 6 customer support centers of excellence (1 in Limerick Ireland, 2 in Phoenix and Chicago, 1 in Wuhan, China, 1 in the Manilla, Philippines and 1 in Hyperbad, India). Lots of new jobs, all over the globe.

Pros

I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
