      Decent management, easy to get on with and customers were pleased, company with a good reputation. Plenty of work and a great team. Good location and can be quite flexible.

      Some unsociable hours. The pay isn't the best.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
