      The biggest company, but annual pay raise is a bare minimum.:) Micromanagement in many departmens which is killing creativity and motivation. Promotion path... usually takes very long time to get promotion (if you are lucky enough to be taken in consideration), in some departments is almost impossible to get, because if the structure etc

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
