      Leaves, we can take leaves anytime there is no restrictions and as a employee we have full freedom in it. In my role the work-life balance is not bad it is good currently.

      Kontras

      Role conversion is difficult (moving from non-tech to tech) and it is purely dependent on manager. Work life balance is not good for higher level roles. All are based on managers, good manager good work life that's all.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
