The first round was leaked to the media before even management was informed, creating an environment of constant fear and uncertainty around job security. Additionally, I witnessed how Amazon misused the PIP system to unfairly pressure employees out of their roles, sometimes in legally questionable ways—this is a known issue company-wide. It’s a great name to have on your resume, but if you join, prioritize your mental health.
