      Big company to work for, loads of exposure

      Frugality has almost removed shares bonuses per year, There is no performance bonuses and with a good year you can only get a 2.5% of salary increase. They ask a lot of work from you but the salary is not that great, it is just ok. Reduced personnel recently.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
