      Benefits from day 1. Medical, dental and vision have really good options but 401k match leaves a lot to be desired.

      Brutal hours, no control over schedule often leaving you with a super early shift including 1 weekend day or super late shift with 1 weekend day. Accomodations and leave is often a complete nightmare. Pay raise is not guaranteed and only provided once a year. Typically in the 0.5-1.5% range.
