      Specifically in Spain, the work life balance at Amazon is maintained. Nobody ever asked me to work additional hours, work during weekends or deliver no matter what., If a deadline is not met, it is usually attributed to bad estimations, that we later retrospect to improve our processes

      It can be very hard to get to the Senior Developer level as guidelines are ambiguous and not as clear as getting to Mid level.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
