- low salaries - nearly non existent pay raise - cutting down on basic benefits like work parties, performance bonuses - toxic environment - lots of work with a low headcount which leads to (illegal) unpaid overtime - upper management is from India, with zero knowledge of our workflow, they lie about the targets being met, KPIs and TAT savings while we have to struggle and clean up after their mess - very, very few managers that are actually worthy of their titles - most managers, SME's and coworkers got their roles through favoritism and a**-kissing - very hard to advance further than L3 - lots of useless meetings, reports, repetitive work
