      Employed during pandemic and really flexible, managers are supportive. Respect the value of expert.

      Tons of cross time zone meetings， lots of meetings started from late night. Work load is ok but really hard to manage the impact from different time zones, I needed to cover 18-Hour time zones and exhausted.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
