      Work environment is nice. Work life balanced.

      Kontras

      Excessive cost cutting. Outings are very cheap and sometimes no quarter outings. No bonus. New comers dont get chance to learn more. Older employess are assigned for extra work. Employess willing to learn are not taken care off.
