      Salary is high even for entry level

      Kontras

      No work life balance. Culture is horrible, no direction from upper management, constant fear of being pipped, too many layers, no insights into any part of the project. Benefits are not great, PTOs are low, no swag. There is nothing you get free except 1 free coffee each day. You need to badge to get the free coffee.
