      They had good internal technology, and minimal restrictions on languages and implementation. However is mostly Java.

      It’s really a gamble there, some managers were ok, but others were the absolute worst. I got a bad one and he burned me out to the point I want to quit engineering completely.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
