But later u realise u are moving in a circle. Good work is rewarded with more work and promise of promotion. Promotion comes after stretching yourself for 2 years that too in a stretch role with no hike of salary and neither the official job role. No email no proof where again u work hard and beyond hard for a year and half... In which they will ask you to work overtime, during weekends.. my manager talks in extremely rude way, after working hard you would feel like u are dng nothing because of the way u get talked to... And after all this they will you with promotion...
