      Work with best mind across the world on cutting edge tech like gen-ai. Over-all its a great place to grow, but your experience will depend on team and manager, and also the org in general, like everywhere else.

      Gets political at times, theres always a pressure to deliver, always keep an eye on your developer kpis - like no. of tickets resolved, amount of code contributed, number of code reviews, number of revision of code reviews (bull-sh**t metric), and of course the famous URA.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
