      you work from home on a coputer they give you you can do extra hours and choose your shift you do very little work (about 25% of the time for CA market, more than that in the FR market)

      no performance bonus, the constant pressure to meet your numbers, customers can be violent.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
