      Extremely toxic place. Your teammates will not co-operate or share resources or help you due to stack ranking. The manager and HR always work against the team trying to find whom to fire. Manager often mongers fear so that the team is scared and everyone sacrifices work life balance to stay on the team. It's a dog eat dog situation here.
