      Inclusive to everyone, the leadership listens to everyone's opinion and does all they can to implement it. Even though it is demanding, they will not push too hard and listen to each one's opinion.

      It is very physically demanding. After work, I am completely tired, and sometimes, it is not possible to do anything.
