      Insurance was pretty good. Not much else was positive

      Everything about this job is a down side. Managers expect you to do jobs you aren't trained for, and write you up for not being properly trained, and if you refuse to do the task because you aren't properly trained, you get a write up for insubordination. The pay is not up to par for the amount of work they expect of you.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
