      Pros

      Great experience and alot of great networking. Will develop skill sets in several different job fumctions. Money is good during peek season. Alot of awesome people!

      Kontras

      Long workdays especially during peek season. Communication is sometimes lost between management and associates. 10 hour shifts at the minimum could be grueling for elderly associates.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
