      Amazon’s benefits are hard to beat and the stock incentives keep you around as well. A great company who will continue to grow.

      Kontras

      KCVG has a lot of growing pains and the culture is still working itself out. Additionally with all Amazon employment work life balance is very difficult. While Amazon can be a great place to work it is hard to have a family and work there.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
