      I love the builder culture and the opportunities in this company. Great people to work with on a daily base.

      Kontras

      The only downside is the whole stack ranking of employees to fit them into buckets and to identify low performers. In general a good system but as you are forced to identify it is not healthy to the culture.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
