Pros
-Benefits are fantastic. Health, Amazon Career Choice (college tuition paid) -Pay I would say is fair comp for a position like this one. -The team is remote by design.
Kontras
-Management has changed the working hours for the team 3 times in the past 2 years. -Call center vibes with back to back calls and chats. -Promotions are not easy to obtain in this role. -There is no time allotted for learning or doing things to progress in your career. While they claim to give you 30 minutes before and end of shift - the reality is you're using that time to set yourself up for the day and you're exhausted by the time end of shift is here especially working 10 hour blocks. -Upper management seems burnt out. They don't have to say it, I've seen them change dramatically from day 1, myself included. -Polices are never ending and always changing making it impossible to keep up with everything. -The role should be titled master password changer, because that is what you will be doing every single day. You can't learn or progress in your career by just changing passwords.
