      Good work life balance in general

      Low pay, low meal tickets, no gym membership, no advancement opportunities, low pay rise (2.5%), managarment not listening, chain of command and procedures are all over the place, no one knows what is doing, the tools barely work, you have to write down in a report and justify EVERY MINUTE of the day. If you feel sick you cannot whf, you have to take a day off
