      Company works well, things go fast

      Kontras

      People only think about getting promoted, so develop stuff to be seen but with no follow-up. Kingdom of "visibilty", meaning politics. Poor pay raise, the company used to be nice, this time is over.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
