      My colleagues were very supportive when I started - helped with the onboarding experience. Ability to work remote was a plus as well.

      Culture felt like a dog eat dog environment. Manager's expectations were way too large, given I was a new employee. Lack of training and development.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
