      Great place to get started in your safety career.

      Pay is way below industry standard and the schedules are not great. Amazon will promote regular associates into this position with no safety experience or degree. This position has little to no authority within the organization. Even though the company keeps the Operations and Safety Teams separate, Operations will still do whatever they want.
