Toxic culture, strong bias against outsiders and anyone different, lack of functional expertise, industry knowledge and best practices, arrogant in ignorance, Day 2 culture everywhere, weaponize LEadership Principles to suit needs, will take whatever you give, poor vacation allocation, benefits are basic, matching is horrible, promo process and all talent processes are biased, lack diversity in leadership, pay equity doesn’t exist, benefits are based on minimum requirements for work locations…so depending on location, you may not get same benefits as colleagues - contrary to trying to be earths best employer.
