      Pros

      The company is grounded in its leadership principles, and they know how to take care of their employees. I have one of the best teams, and they are always willing to help. My manager has one-on-one meetings with me at least once a week. The meetings with my manager allow me to address any concerns, and I also receive feedback from him, which includes suggestions on how I can improve or do my job better.
