      Doesn't pay enough Salary calculation among levels, job difficulty and workload is terrible, unfair and very off Approval of days off is not as easy Some departments are VERY disorganized (SPS being one of them) Job promotions are oftenly unfair, leaving actual hard workers in the same position for a very long time Going from level 3 to level 4 is very hard
