      -Various amounts of downtime throughout all shifts -Work at own pace -Smaller team to work within (1:4 manager to associate)

      -Working outside in the elements that can be extreme (snow, rain, heat) -Not good management, little communication -The push to get CDL immediately

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
