      * competitive salary * support when moving abroad * tons of Amazonians to make new friends

      Kontras

      *taxes on bonuses etc are almost 50% * not enough social activities organised by Amazon * buildings are not pretty (1 or 2 are really pretty but the others are as basic as they can get) *not enough organization for newjoiners *not as diverse as they claim to be (specifically in Luxembourg)

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
