This company has grown exponentially using ideas that have been improved in continuous cycles which are now the building blocks of an environment extremely dynamic and committed to the customer satisfaction. You can easily feel this is a place where you can thrive if you share the same principles which are the reference point of whoever is working here. I like the fact that these principles have contributed to set a very high standard where everyone is looking at and you just feel like it's only the beginning and a lot more needs to be achieved. I like the opportunity to work as part of a team of people you can rely on based on the same principles, a team that will support you and thrive with you. I like the opportunities that I can see around, the tools at your disposal, the freedom that you have. This for sure has been the biggest step so far in my career as I got exactly the role I wanted to challenge myself with and I probably got it in the best moment.
