      respectful work culture (eg for most retail roles there is no company mobile phone, and therefore you are not reachable out of working hours) friendly and smart environment beautiful office good pay base salary RSU structured and transparent career paths

      lunch tickets are only 5eur parking is only free for a limited number of accesses (else it's quite expensive)
