      So far nothing... I can say that is a different culture that you have to learn and adapt yourself... a lots of reading and writing... but is not a big deal... if you really want to make history, this is the place.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
