Young inexperienced managers No room to grow in company Unfair wages Standing for 10 hour shifts Time off task increases chances of being fired Human Resources are a joke on site they offer little to no assistance. No heaters in smoking areas. They put a tarp on the outdoor fence thinking that was good enough to keep us warm. Fulfillment centers are huge. So walking to front for breaks take time out of break.
