      - corporate decisions mostly make sense - accommodating of work/life balance - great people to work with for the most part

      - not a lot of opportunity to move up - a lot of technologies are internal so long careers there can suffer from being siloed to a proprietary tech space - every now and then the company guidelines (regarding promotion, performance review) feel lacking and vague

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
