      Great work schedule. Pay is pretty good. Able to take time off when you feel like it. Raise every 6 months For the first 3 years.

      Stow rate is incredibly high. A huge turn over rate due to people not being able to meet rate expectations.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
