Job security, Cab, Meal card, Internal job placements, career switch, Leaves are abundant

work life balance is hard, salary is pathetic and no proper raise, expected to work 6th and 7th day as on-call support (unavoidable), no proper career growth support from management, feels like you're working forever, promotions never happen (atleast rarely happen), tracking employee work on a minute by minute basis- which has almost turned Amazon into just another call center job.
