      You are expected to oncall on Weekend and public holidays and nights on the weekday. PIP culture, if you do not work well with your manager, you are the one who will be sacrificed. 10% pip rate, someone has to be selected. Because of this PIP culture, your teammates are not your friends, some people think you are their enemy.
