      1. Nice package with huge joining bonus

      1. There is no life to balance 2. Hectic on calls 3. RSU vesting cycle is worst. 80% of the stocks will start vesting during 3rd and 4th year. 4. Tight deadlines and all tasks are critical. 5. Need to work a minimum of 12 hrs to finish the tasks assigned. 6. People in my team never sleeps. Everyone is online till 2 AM.
