Managers can pencil whip negative reviews to meet their attrition goals. This is not an unusual occurrence. - High salaries are meant to offset extra hours. Do the math. Averaging 60-70 hours a week means lower than a typical 40-50 hours a week. - Attrition: Amazon has an attrition problem at all levels. This means that productivity goals for those remaining continue increasing. - Pathways Attrition: Extremely high.
