      Freedom to do the right thing without question as long as you have your customers best interest at heart!

      The pay could be better. The RSUs are great as we are always growing, but the base pay is not as high as others. Also the promo process lags in AWS over other Amazon orgs.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
